Happy December to all❄️ Our December Resident Spotlight at The Inn shines on Helen!

🏑 Helen is from Pelham, NH
🧡 She enjoys sewing in her spare time
🏦 She considers her greatest accomplishment working in the bank for 34 years
🧠 Her favorite part of her career was working with numbers
🏝 She would love to travel to Hawaii
🍫 She would choose chocolate over vanilla, a lake over the ocean, and both books and movies
πŸ• A fun fact: she enjoyed camping with her family

Thank you to Helen for being such a wonderful part of our community!πŸ’•

πŸ‘‹ Hi Helen πŸ‘‹ 😊

Laurel Place residents enjoyed their morning coffee social with a demonstration of how to make a traditional Appalachian corn husk doll. Our Activities Director, Carolyn, first learned how to make them back in the 1970’s, from the pages of Foxfire 3, a book on Appalachian living. After the doll was completed it was presented to Lillian, whose birthday was closest to Thanksgiving. Lillian decided to name her β€œCarolyn Huskβ€πŸ§‘ See MoreSee Less
