We’re continuing to shine a spotlight on our fantastic occupational therapists in honor of Occupational Therapy Month💛

🌟 Meet Elizabeth Friedrich, OTR/L! She has been a part of our Fairview family for a year and a half.
🌟 As an OT, her responsibilities include screening and assessing patients/residents to establish care goals, maintaining thorough daily documentation and progress updates, creating, customizing, and instructing in the use of adaptive devices, designing engaging and functional treatment plans, conducting reevaluations for adjustments to care plans, supervising and coordinating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for consistent care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, function-oriented therapy.
🌟 She finds immense fulfillment in working with patients who have faced significant medical challenges, guiding them through their recovery journey so they can regain the ability to participate in meaningful activities and return home.
🌟 Outside of work, Elizabeth likes to go on adventures with her 2 dogs.
